With a history of successful projects, our clients turned to us once again for a remarkable renovation. After extensive brainstorming sessions and collaboration with interior designers and architects, a visionary plan was devised to breathe new life into this existing dwelling.

Respecting the beautiful architecture of earlier eras, we made thoughtful changes to the facade, enhancing its charm with a fresh lick of paint and a tin roof. The intention was to complement the existing structure while providing a much-needed refresh in preparation for the modern renovation that awaited within. As you enter through the front door, the polished wide jarrah boards guide you past the original large bedrooms adorned with high ceilings and exquisite original cornices. Just when you thought the ceilings couldn’t get any higher, you turn and discover the breathtaking new extension—a wall of resplendent glass soaring 5.4 meters in height. Photographs simply cannot capture its magnificence.

To achieve this jaw-dropping transformation, we demolished the back of the existing house and constructed a master wing complete with a walk-in robe and ensuite, additional bathrooms, a powder room, a laundry, and an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area overlooking the new pool and alfresco space. A carport and storage unit were also added to the property.

Blending the old and new, we upgraded the cornices and installed dado rails along the hallway connecting the front and back of the house. Guided by our talented interior designer, Nat, a beautifully chosen colour palette of textured wood, black, and white flows through the cabinetry, tiles, fittings, and fixtures, creating a sense of continuity and harmony.

Among the countless stunning features of this build, the three-way draw is hard to decide. Will it be the in-ground cellar with its custom glass lid, the awe-inspiring wall of insulated glass, or the serene pool area beyond?
