The journey began when our clients reached out, looking for help to pick the perfect property to renovate before their shift from the East coast. Ever up to the challenge, our builder Tim attended home opens on the weekends and so began the countless phone conversations about the possibilities of each potential purchase.

Once the property was secured, our design team was quick to jump on board and flesh out those crucial details to nail the brief. It was agreed that maintaining the charm of the original dwelling was paramount. From carefully repurposing the original brick of the driveway to up-cycle for the carport wall, to ensuring the preservation of the original fireplaces, flooring and that show-stopping entry way. We at Empyrean Build couldn’t be happier with the final outcome, particularly when the ultimate compliment was paid by the original owners daughter, who stopped by one day and was so overcome with emotion at how thoughtfully her childhood home had been restored to it’s former beauty. It’s renovations like these that remind us how truly lucky we are to do what we do.
